Consultation
No Bull Constructions will meet with you to discuss your ideas and requirements for your new build.
We can help you choose from our range of floor plan designs or create something
unique, and one that will take advantage of the desirable aspects of your chosen
block. We'll find you the perfect fit for your lifestyle and budget.
Should you need help with your design, we have an architect at hand to assist.
From our discussions with you we will provide you with a quotation, including the preparation of all plans and a detailed quote. At No Bull Constructions we pride ourselves on transparency with all pricing and processes to ensure our customers are confident at every step of their build.

From the preplans and information you provide to us, we will be able to compile a detailed estimate. At No Bull Constructions we pride ourselves on transparency with all pricing and processes to
ensure our customers are confident at every step of their build.
The Development Application will be submitted by No Bull Constructions. Once we have received the
approval you will be notified and we will move to the next phase.
At this stage, you will be asked to select all your fixtures and fittings (referred to as PC
items). We have a list of suggested suppliers who will provide you with a great range of
products at reasonable prices.
A final price and contract will then be drafted by No Bull Constructions including BASIX specifications and engineering plans in readiness for application for the Construction Certificate. Contracts will be signed at this point and we will take out home warranty insurance on your behalf. A payment plan will then be issued to you.
With approvals in place, construction commences. Our skilled builders bring your vision to life with precision and care. You will see concrete slab or bearers and joists (depending on your build), the timber frames and trusses erected, the installation of roof covering, external doors and windows, and brickwork or cladding go up.
1. Frame stage - to make sure you are happy with the room sizing.
2. Lock-up stage - your home is really starting to take shape at this stage.
3. Cabinetry installation stage
At this stage a final walk through (by appointment) will be arranged with you. The final touches will be made. If you are happy with the completion of your new home, a submission requesting the Occupancy Certificate will be made. A move-in date will then be provided.
