He has over 27 years’ experience in the building industry. Scott has been building in the Hunter Valley area since 2005 whilst raising his family in the Singleton community.
Scott has delivered many successful projects and developed great working relationships with contractors and suppliers.

As Director of No Bull Constructions Residential & Commercial, Scott has 27 years'
experience as a qualified builder in the building industry. He is passionate about the
business and wears many hats in his role, investing much of his time in growing the
business and the leadership of his team to ensure quality craftsmanship on every project.
Key projects that Scott is especially proud of include the building of Virgin Records recording studio and countless new homes throughout the Hunter Valley.
When Scott is not working in the business, he enjoys fishing and camping, good dining
experiences and motorbike riding.
Jayde Butler
Estimator / Job Co-Ordinator
Jayde is No Bull Constructions’ Estimator / Job Coordinator, having recently joined the team. He brings with him 15+ years' experience in carpentry and is enjoying the tight knit, family vibe within the team.
Key projects Jayde has worked on include "Mac 20 Mount Arthur Upgrade" and Powerflow Systems industrial workshop and offices (Mayfield West).
Outside of working hours Jayde enjoys fishing, camping, boating and photography.
Brayden Turnbull
Lead Tradesman / Site Supervisor
Brayden is Lead Tradesman / Site Supervisor for No Bull Constructions. He has been with
No Bull Constructions for 9 years and is a qualified carpenter by trade. He enjoys the variety within his role
and the great team he works with. He believes every project is a key project at No Bull
Constructions.
Away from work Brayden is a keen golfer, enjoys fishing, camping and rugby league.
Zaine Stewart
TRADESMAN
Zaine is a qualified tradesman for No Bull Constructions and has been with the company for 4+ years. He enjoys working with the No Bull Constructions team and the variety of work performed in his role.
Zaine enjoys building residential homes. Zane is a keen snowboarder and loves his music.
Zane Knight
Qualified carpenter
Zane is a qualified carpenter and has worked for No Bull Constructions for 2+ years. He enjoys working with
a great team and utilizing the skills and experience he has brought from his previous
experience in the building industry.
He is particularly proud of his involvement with the building of a timber deck and flyover roof for a residential customer.
Zane enjoys a round of golf, football and having a few quiet beverages outside of working
hours.
Bryce Trotter
4th year Apprentice
Bryce is a 4th year Apprentice and enjoys the variety of the projects he has had the opportunity to work on with No Bull Constructions. He especially enjoys working on new residential builds.
When not working for No Bull Constructions, Bryce is a keen golfer and enjoys camping.
